Can you still apply stickers when you are vac banned?

Hello i was banned a few days ago you can see on my account, but today i noticed i had 2 stickers in my inventory.When i saw them i was gonna go to apply one to my usp, but when i clicked the position i wanted i clicked continue.Then the option "Apply Sticker" popped up and i clicked it.But after that i went to go inspect that gun but the sticker wasnt on it.I tried it 3 more times. But nothing happened that is why im posting this.Please if you can help me by telling me if you can apply a sticker when your vac banned

I highly doubt it. No point anyways. The skins are locked in your account and you can't really play any servers. Except maybe a FEW community servers. So yeah you should have thought about that before cheating.

I never said i was selling or trading the stickers did I? I asked if i could use them on my guns so i can see the sticker "in game"

IGNORE THE KIDDIES, no you cant do any changes to your csgo inv as its completly locked so no applying stickers opening cases etc the only thing is you can equip what is currently avaialble for the community servers running without vac. TBH i've had an account vac banned before, have you gone steam message and said you were using some program like sam or sandboxie normally the valve trash overturn the vac if you plead ignorance they are just gimps in a support centre after all i guess i got mine unlocked within 2 weeks of the emails.
