The Replay Delivery Server "replay190.valve.net" is down! Please valve fix this!
Hello Valve,

we have now four Demos which are not available cause of Server outage. All four Demos where linked to this Server which is unreachable.

The DNS Lookup doesn't work from External. My ISP DNS Server and the Google.com DNS Server are not able to resolve the IP Address. Might be there is only a DNS Problem and the Server is working propabley. so you can just fix the DNS Problem and we can download our Demos.

The Server that we meant is "replay190.valve.net" without Quotes ""!!!

The matches we played are still in the 8 Matches List and were played today and yesterday.

My teammates also can not aquire the IP Address of the Server.

so please Technical Support fix this. My friends already opened two Support tickets and they got common answeres. Like wait and do nothing...

But I have technical knowledge there is something wrong with the DNS or with the Server.

please look into the Problem!

Takk for your help!

Yes it is DNS Problem the Servers IP is not resolved from it's Hostname. They have to check their FANS Services and Settings. The server might not be down because internally it gets addressed to process Demos. And there is no error on Valve site because it successfully processed the demos. But it is not reachable from external Internet.

I have submitted steam support ticket for CS:GO. Hopefully some CS:GO dev will see it :)

Thank you very much! Sometimes demos needs 2-3 hours to proceed that is no problem but server outage by DNS error or misconfiguration could be fixed if they get info about it. Because the server seems to work properly for Valve cause they see no errors of the proceeded demos. The DNS Problem is an external problem which can be solved quickly.

In the meantime I have now 7 Demos processed by this server. It is still down. Why no Valve technical support don't fix this known error?

Demos are normally available for 30 Days. The 4 Games are 6 Days old and 3 games are from yesterday.

replay190.valve.net could not be resolved to an IP Address.

Why you still continue processing my game replays on this unavailable server???

Steam support ticked is open again...

Hopefully this gets more attention!

The Server is still unavailable and still processing Demos for me that I am not able to Download.

Please repair this Replay Server. The Steam Support do nothing!!!
