Why the f*ck am I always orange?!

I invite my friends to play cs:go. Everybody has chosen a different color, for example i've chosen blue. I was the only blue in 5 players team. When we start match im always orange.
Sometimes 4 my friends choose yellow, I choose green. Result? Im always orange.

Right click your name while in a lobby and there should be a "change colour" button if you mean your competitive colour.

Thats the point. I always do this while being in lobby! Even if I'm the only one that chooses blue/green/purple/yellow I'm always orange :D
