Cant join CS:GO beta.
When I take the survey to join the CS:GO beta program and finish it within steam it tells me to finish the survey and gives me a link to here: http://blog.counter-strike.net/, where I cant find any survey.

Where are you getting this survey for the CSGO beta? There is no survey and there is no currently released beta version of the game for you to use.

No its up on my alt acc rn... There is a beta that steam uses to test new things. Except the laser negev they didnt use beta for that.

Your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. Go to Library, CSGO, Properties, Most right tab shows betas. Requires private code to opt into the beta program. You get that when you sign up for beta and you are elegible. And if you dont believe me just search it.

How can you have beta access from 2012 when your alt was created on January 23, 2017?

Anybody with any account can see the option to get into that CSGO beta.

That beta is for developers, nobody else outside the development team should be able to get into it.
