Its a subjective matter, I for one dont care for graphics too much.
CS:GO is made for low budget computers to run, the Source Engine has never been relatively impressive.
That's very subjective, it mainly depends on the game, in CS:GO's case, graphics mean nothing.
It's graphics wasn't considered legendary, it's genre was.
After Doom, most First Person Shooters were just considered Doom clones.
Don't get me wrong, it's graphics were impressive, but not legendary.
Developed, but not released.
