Any ideas on how to fix that? I am having the same issue and just want to play honestly.
also, when I say low settings i'm talking about the resolution. I have a 1060 but i play on 4:3 with 1280x1024, which gives me around 280 fps with very little deviation.
also, go into a casual game and type "net_graph 1" into console. It will give you a readout of your fps performance. I'm sure you can find a youtube video detailing what all the numbers mean.
you can get a really nice after market video card for under 100 bucks that should give you a solid 100 fps with at least medium graphics settings.
I play on low resolution with max graphics since I first had the game over a year ago, my computer is 8 GB Ram, if it's my hardware then why did it JUST START a few days ago? When before that it was running fine? Also I have an NVIDIA GTX 970
I kind of feel like that's the problem, while my browser runs fine, whenever I talk on Skype, my friends voice is constantly cutting out and sounds like a robot. And download speed went from 13 Megabytes per second to 4. And I don't think it's framing, as when I dink someone, it takes another second for them to die.
