Rakk Hive Crash

I'm on the Rakk Hive mission in playthrough 2, and every time I get close enough for him to spawn the game freezes and eventually crashes. I've tried validating game files, as well as fresh installing the game and no luck. I was having troubles with frames, and an online guide said to delete a few of the cutscene files, but I had already triggered the rakk hive cutscene prior to this so I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated!!

Figured it out! It was caused by putting -nomoviestartup in the startup option, so don't put that if you haven't beaten the game yet!
