Hello!

Thought I'd ask for help here for people familiar with managing this.

I've been trying to turn off the in-game voice chat feature by going into the game's files and changing "bHasVoiceEnabled=true" to "bHasVoiceEnabled=false". I've done this and the 🔊sign still appears next to my name in the game's lobby page whenever I speak. A friend of mine did the same thing and somehow they achieved the desired affect.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found a solution?

Things I've tried:

• Rebooting the game
• Setting the edited file to Read Only and confirming that the text line is not changed after playing.
• Changing the in-game voice chat option to off.

Side note: My friend and I used a different file pathway to get to the "Voice" text line than how folks on the internet recommend. Instead of going through BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced > WillowGame > Config > Willowengine.ini, we went BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced > Engine > Config > BaseEngine as, at least for me, the former sends me to DefaultEngine which doesn't have the mentioned text line while the latter does.
