Lowest possible level to kill crawmerax?

So im at lvl 44 going for claptrap dlc, i dont know how much is that going to take me but im wondering if i can kill crawmerax with this character, its a suren btw... at this point i accept any cheese way to do it except cheating or save editor

Lvl 44? Not a chance. I even struggled at max level (lvl 69). There’s a hiding spot on the map, if you crouch behind that rock he won’t be able to hit you, but you can only have a chance at dealing damage to Crawmerax if you have a higher level weapon than lvl 44 or whatever weapons you have. Your best shot imo would be if you asked someone who has a max lvl character to help you.

Crawmerax level scaling is the following:
He will scale to 4 levels above the host (aka you), but has a minimum level of 64 and a maximum level at 72.

EDIT: here’s that spot I was talking about, but you won’t really have a chance at defeating this boss at lvl 44. If you could level up to ~lvl 60 I think you would have a slight chance if the boss is lvl 64:

Thanks for the info, i guess i will try to find someone online then, im guessing a max level char fully geared will kill it really easy if i host it at lvl 50 or so
