How many Level has GOTY

I´m currently at level 44, but I saw ppl on youtube who have Level 61.. The only open Quests in my list are :
Moxxi Loop the Loop
Underdoom Arena
and the last Boss (which I cant make with my low level

Level 69 is the max level you can have.

By owning the The Secret Armory of General Knoxx DLC you increase your level limit by 11 thus being able to reach the level of 69.

Another words the maximum level without the DLC is 58. Are you on Playthrough 2? Have you been to all the Bounty Boards and NPC's to accept new quests?

I have the GOTY enhanced and all the DLC. I played through once regular full game and all the DLC and did the base game again on true vaulthunter mode. I then replayed the first DLC, General Knox to all but the last mission and hit 61. Out of curiosity, and to burn off some golden keys for level appropriate kick ass weapons, went back to Fyrestone to use the chest. I tested out the new weapons on the local mobs and found out I was getting a boatload of XP for them - so, popping through the fast travel to various mob rich areas, have gotten up to 63 so far and half way to 64 just killing mobs and not doing quests, so I imagine hitting the cap will be a breeze.
