Fix yet for Enhanced Edition not using Graphics card?

Any news yet of a fix coming for Enhanced Edition not reading graphic card?

Last week or so, someone posted a post regarding a possible fix. I went through the whole shenanigans: Nvidia Control Panel, reinstall latest drivers, reinstalled game, add GPU via through steam...whats left to try?

stuttering at 16fps, have 1060 n 16g ram etc, regardless BL2 runs smooth on all high or max settings.

Seems to be a major problem there for people with embeded graphics in their cpus. I had the problem initially with my i5 and all I had to do was delete the documents folder for GOTY, uninstall my nvidia drivers fully and install, at the time, the latest nvidia driver package 419.67 choosing full install so it deleted anything else on its own and restarted the computer. After that when I launched the remaster it saw my 970 instead of the intel gpu from the i5 and been playing 1080p max settings 60 fps solid. I might have lucked out entirely I do not know just saying what I did specifically in case it helps at all. I really hope gearbox addresses this soon so everyone can enjoy the remaster.

I'm having this problem too. 1050 TI laptop. Temporarily I'm having to play the game windowed. For some reason this way the game plays well

Do these steps:

Set your PC power settings to High Performance in Windows.
Manually set the BorderlandsGOTY.exe to use GPU in Manage 3D Settings in NVIDIA Control Panel.
Set power management mode in NVIDIA 3D settings to 'Prefer maximum performance'.
Set pre rendered frames in 3D NVIDIA settings to 'Use the 3D application setting'.
Set 'OpenGL rendering GPU' in 3D NVIDIA settings to your laptop GPU.
Set 'vertical sync' to Off in NVIDIA 3D settings.

Alright I'll try the added steps you show in settings...after I reinstall again. Will vertical sync off effect other games?

Yes, put it as 'Use 3D application setting' so you it uses the vsync setings in game instead.

OK I tried your advice, and unfortunately still does not work, wont read my GPU.

Enhanced Edition my @$$. Pretty frustrated, I'm done farting around with this, I'll move onto Grim Dawn Expansion, and Outward.

In the borderlands settings, try turning Off/On auto detect GPU. But make it use GPU in NVIDIA Control Panel.

The game may be auto detecting the iGPU.

Fix is to go with AMD.

Tried, it still wont read GPU. Also in BL settings changing it to read GPU, and hit apply, still it reverts it back to off. Still not working.
