Unreal Engine has been used for borderlands games

and borderlands 3 is gasp Unreal Engine 4 which is part of the reason for pusblishing on epic store no royaities to pay for using it:)

Borderlands GOTY and 2 use unreal engine 3. Borderlands 3 uses unreal engine 4.
