Any Mods Available For This Game?

I would like to know if there's any sort of mods, cheat tables or trainers that exist that can edit the game in many ways. The specifics I'm looking for are things that can change the gameplay in strange ways. I beat the game once, now I want to explore Pandora and screenshot it.
I'll list what can help me with screenshotting:
- Flying/Noclip. (I will accept Freecam if the graphics don't bug out when using it)
- Time Stop for all but myself. The ability to stop time would be very useful for preserving ancient polygons.
- Godmode (Useful if in general).
- Similar to the above, but a way to go through Death Walls? Would be neat.
- Movement Speed Modifier (And Jump height if possible)
- Time of Day modifier (Ability to pause, and change time of day would be great)

Whilst I'm on the subject, I would like to know if there exists any graphics modifications besides ReShade and a file tweak, which I already have.

I am unsure of what the file is called, I think it is willow-something-.ini that got a bunch of text you can change the values of for example god mode, movement speed, and such, I would recommend googling it and taking a look at what other people have done in it and also taking a look inside the file yourself, from what I remember it is rather easy to mess around in without breaking the game

I've read of map mods being possible, but you have to change the map name to one thats in the fast travel list, such as the multiplayer arena on Freystone to be able to fast travel to it

You can modify items in WillowTree to get the best parts.

I found a siren class mod that increases the chance of rare items dropping for the team

That only increases rarity it wont affect the parts that a item spawn on. You can find 50 ogres if you want but if the parts are bad you might aswell just use a explosive havoc since it will most likely be alot better

Nah too much cheating imo, i just like to see those orange and purple colors more often that's all. (Editing the save file i mean)

I'm afraid I don't know anything about most of what you asked. Here's what little I got:

WeMod - wemod.com - Lets you apply custom jump & speed, amongst other things. Nothing like turning off action skill cooldown and becoming the Firehawk. ^^

WillowTree - https://sourceforge.net/projects/willowtree/files/2.3/ <== this version is for GOTY Enhanced, there's a separate one for plain vanilla BL1 that doesn't work for GOTYE (at least it didn't when I tried it). WillowTree does more or less the same stuff as Gibbed for BL2 and 3 re. character modding. There IS a Gibbed for BL1 but I seem to recall it's not as good. It can be a little rough to learn WillowTree at first. I've found it very helpful to look on the Borderlands Wiki for guidance re. what different weapon/item components can do. I could bore you to death with details, but the basic essential is you need to be in game and at the start screen. If you try to mod the character you have loaded, the game overwrites your changes.
