Which one should I play ? Original or Enhanced ?

Is it better the Original because the DLCs or the Enhanced just for the Textures ?

My understanding is that it's mostly just enhanced textures + some visual touch-ups in different areas.

There are also some Quality of Life improvements. For example, there is no mini-map in the original.

The Enhanced Edition has 6 additional Legendary Weapons.

In regards to DLC, Enhanced Edition = Original + All DLC

Enhanced Edition is a 64-bit Executable. The Original Edition is a 32-bit Executable.
Noting this point only because it is a difference, not that it necessarily means anything one way or another.

1 Achievement was changed from being a Viral Achievement to being: Play with at least 2 other people.

never had issues with the original, only the lack of a FOV slider, and having to input a bind to constantly give me 110 fov wen-ever i enter and leave a vehicle

Enhanced looks better, has new guns, but the bandits move janky sometimes and the aiming is off a little. i think guns aim better after you level them up though, so maybe the leveling has a bigger impact than the original. the enhanced version has some nice shader mods, oasis mod and mods for getting infinite keys for the golden key chest. after modding the game a bit, its quite pretty. nobody seems to play when you have your game set to public though

The regular edition has a huge issue with corrupted saves, it happened to me 2 times, I've read in forums that it is quiet a common problem. I had to copy my save file regularly to avoid losing my progress. The enhanced edition does not have this issue at all. I've switched to the enhanced edition (you can import your progession) and I did not meet thi issue again. I heavily recommend to play the enhanced editon.

One thing that everyone here is leaving out is that if you play the enhanced edition first, you have to get all the worst achievements twice, where if you play the original first you can just import a character to unlock them instantly.

Ohhh. So if I play Original edition and then play the enhanced. After importing my character. I'll unlock every achievement I received in the Original Version ? That's a good one. Btw I've already played the enhanced and completed the game. So If I'm interested in completing the achievement I'll try to do that

Enhanced version is better, auto pick up for ammo and money, fixed character menu's, minimap, new legendary weapons and gold key chest.

Enhanced as the graphics are better, although some of the issues from the original are there, like music cutting off during a boss or powerful enemy, or echo recorders sometimes being super quiet, like with Baron Flint.

Some say that enhanced doesnt use self shadows for guns, which is also written on the games-wiki ( when standing away from the sun or the equivalent of it ), this is false though.

I didn't think there was much difference between the two games but after a playthrough of the enhanced version I tried the original again and boy is there a difference.
The enhanced version is a way better gaming experience.

Are there problems with lag and memory leak in the enhanced version? The top rated review for the game and some other reviews were saying that.

Saying sometimes it would have frame drops and sometimes permanently mess up and you'd have to close the game to fix it.

Everyone here seems positive about the enhanced though.

I've started to play the normal edition of the game, had troubles, stutters ; the worst being the corrupted saves. I had to copy my save file often to be sure not to lose my progression .
Never experienced any issue at all in the Enhanced eidtion.
