why i didn't get the starting legendary weapons and keys ?

Assuming you're logged in to your shift account (and you should be by default if the right value is in your registry) there is nothing that should have to be done except wait. Lots of people wondering where they are, a relog usually give the time for them to appear.

You are honestly not missing anything, Orange level guns are alot easier to find in this version then in the original borderlands

once ya get the first orange gun ya find, equip it and use it and it will make other orange guns drop alot easier or you can find them in chests

I'm already past Sledge and haven't found a single random legendary or pre-Knoxx Pearlscent. Plus the Gearbox shotty is hella op!
