75 keys

I have Borderlands GOTY , Borderlands 2 , Borderlands : The Pre-Sequel & Tales From The Borderlands . Still i didn't get my 75 keys . why ? could you tell . I'm glad to have Borderlands GOTY Enhanced but t would be cool to know why i didn't receive them . played with a friend he got them and not me .

A lot of people are reporting this issue on here and the gearbox forums. I put in a ticket to support yesterday afternoon, hopefully they will get back to me soon. But I've seen a post someone saying they got a reply from Support basically saying they don't know why its happening, so who knows when this will get sorted out.

I had the same problem and i solved:

1 I deleted my shift account from the page: https://shift.gearboxsoftware.com/

2 I installed borderlands 2 and TPS

3 From Borderlands 2 i have created a new Shift account (with a new mail)

4 I confirmed my email by browser

5 I opened TPS and i found a reward

6 At the end i opened Borderlands Remastered and in the extras I found the reward of 75 Keys

I found that while the Shift page doesn't mention having 75 keys, going up to the chest shows that I had 75 (74 because I used one yesterday)

same here..

check the chest in fyrestone.. or wherever else. i clicked on it right at the start of the game because i wasn't even paying attention to the fact it was one for the shift keys, it says i have 75 keys.

in main menu you select "extras" and "shift codes". When it loaded, there will be one new message, if you open it you will claim those keys.

Same here, own all three games, logged into Shift, created new character and still no 75 keys. Read everything above and tried all of it without getting any keys. Even transferred old level 4 character in from original Borderlands game and didn't get any keys. Please post fix if anyone finds it. Thanks!

didn't work for me . signed up on SHiFT . confirmed my e-mail . on shift page it's showing me that i have other game and got reward for owning them . still i have no code for SHiFT ( Extras in BL Enhanced ) and no keys

I owned all 3 games prior to any enhanced edition being announced. I experienced several EULA prompts when I first started Borderlands 1 Enhanced Edition and amongst those messages was a message stating I was awarded several Keys, some Op weapons to start with and access and another message stated I had access to all the DLC.

After all of that I have 75 keys to use.

So I also have been having issues getting my reward in this game. I have the original GOTY with 16 hours in it, BL2 with 16 hours in it (with the SHiFT reward for having a save from the original game) and BL: TP-S, which I haven't actually played yet. I'm still signed into SHiFT in BL2, but the first time I tried to sign into SHiFT on GOTY Enhanced, it tried to tell me that my login info was wrong, which I'm positive it wasn't. Regardless, I reset my password and logged in without further issue, but never got my keys or anything. Decided to wait another day, checking occasionally to see if there was any change. Each time I'd check, my SHiFT account would still be logged in, but there were no rewards and my characters (both an imported one and a new character) showed no keys when checking the chest. I just checked again today, but this time when checking the SHiFT menu, it took forever to load the SHiFT page and then it just brought me to the sign in/sign up page. Again, when I try to log in, it tells me that my info is wrong that I just reset yesterday, yet when I go to the website I can sign in without any problem. I'm wondering if the root of this issue is that the SHiFT system in GOTY Enhanced is bugged so that it doesn't properly recognize your account and link to the other games.

Ive been having this exact problem. I thought it might be because I didn't have a pre sequel save file, but even after making a save for tps it still wont give me my rewards even after claiming them in bl2 and tps. I can live without the keys but still its irritating.

kinda weird . Steam detected that we had Borderlands original and we received Enhanced edition but it can't detect that we have BL2 or TPS . it should be automatic . in my opinion

I think your on to something here. I noticed I barely played BL2 and TPS so I hopped on and went the the shift page, boom, I got my rewards for today from those games. Went to the shift website, it reflects that I got those items on today for BL2 and TPS on steam. This game however, doesn't seem to be recognized. No message or anything even though it says I'm logged in and nothing on shift website.

I'm thinking there is something wrong with the communication between this and the Shift servers or something along the likes of that.

Well, after reading through some other forums that some people had to restart the entire steam client to fix this issue, I went ahead and exited steam and restarted my PC. Upon loading up the game again, it does have me automatically logged in (even though it wouldn't let me log in last time, go figure), but still no SHiFT rewards for this game at all.
