You can also check Nvidia Control Panel and see if your 3D settings for your GPU are set to optimal, which is ideal.
I didn't optimize anything. I've set the game to use FXAA, but the rest is set to max at 1080p.
Do you play at a much higher resolution? Unless that's the case I don't see why the game should be running poorly for you. :/

For windows 10, just search for Graphic Setting, add the game and set it to High Performance.
For other windows, use the Nvidia control panel to set preferred graphic card for the game.
