Magical Effect Won't Go Away

I was doing the first real companions mission, "Proving Honor", and (minor spoilers) when Farkas transformed and did the Howl of Terror, it affected me too. I didn't get feared but I have the constant red glowing effect as if I was. Its been about half an hour and the effect still hasn't faded. Shrine of Talos didn't get rid of it either. Is there any way to remove this?

Its listed under active effects as "Werewolf Fear Howl 1". I was wondering if there was a console command to remove this or something. Google has not been helpful.

Maybe you have installed a mod that cause this effect, since it is not listed I assume it is not a Vanilla game bug...have never seen it myself either...and it is first time read about it....even if you are 2 with the same problem :)

I too am having the same problem. I've removed all of the werewolf mods I have and it's still there.
I can't seem to find a console command that works either.

I *believe* USLEEP adds the "remove unwanted effects" shrine in the temple of Kynareth in Whiterun and this time has properly moved it off to the side and not next to the actual Kynareth shrine.
