Could you provide more info on what mods you have etc?...You did make sure to read the mod descriptions when downloading, didn't you?...
If you are stuck, try the usual re-install the game etc...your saves are kept in your Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves folder in your computer, perhaps copy them into a desktop folder before re-installing...
Some mods we both have, others not.
My mods are:
-Unread Books Glow (steam workshop) (we have both)
-Better Femals by Bella (steam workshop)
-Redguard Knight Armor (steam workshop)
-Lightweight Potions and Poisons (steam workshop) (we have both)
-Final version of Town Guards (NOT steam workshop) (we have both)
-Roman Imperial Armor and Weapons (NOT steam workshop)
I have 4gb ram and my brother has 8gb, so that is not the issue I think because we have both the same problem.
I can just play everything normal, no lag and then after 10 minutes it just crash suddenly, even if im just walking.
I didn't read the mod descriptions for the steam workshop mods. but I did for the not steam workshop mods
About the saves I know
Xristos use search discussion window and type in - load order or crash or CTD, there are many answers posted. Also look at pinned topic (By the Guru Master Dan) there should and answer there.
I have on many of time written load order for others they are in search topics.
Cheers
Copy your save files for now, just for the sake of it. (Go to My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves and you'll find your saves there, highlight em and right click and select 'copy' then paste into a desktop folder that you can just make (right click on desktop, new/folder...then into that folder, select paste. and re-name it Back-up saves.)
This prob won't work, but might..Try disabling Roman Imperial Armour and Town Guards. See if it crashes...if not then you will have discovered that those three mods conflict with each other. Or one of them does...play around. (Have you checked to see if any of your mods, like the highlighted books mod needs SKSE?)
Are you sure that is all the mods you have installed on your system?
Have a look in your C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Skyrim/Data file to see what's in there.. Have you previously 'un-installed' mods before on this game?...
Check the tutorials in this link for BOSS etc, and NexusModManager, to check that you are doing everything right, something isn't right there bud.

Also, go back to the mod pages to view the descriptions and check if they require a patch to run other mods with them....
Here's the Town Guards link:

Do some research into your mods. You might be surprised at what you may find...
Thanks guys for your help! I can finally play the game.
P.S Ultimacy was exactly pretty right, it was the fault of the mods.
But how ironic eh? LOL
See Kelvy was onto it with load order you see?...
Yeah,so... when you run into a problem, you can do a little research, re-trace your steps, look at the help tutorials, and you have greater chances of finding out the answer! :D
