you have too much mods, i can not explain all, but even only a mod they change a small thing can broke the game,
the think i can suggest you, it's fast travel in a city, go into a home or market, save and quit, and disable ALL your mods but not the dlc, load your game, if it's loading go to the place where they crash to view if it's crash again, if yes it's because one mods have let's something in your savegame...,
Oh! and before i forget, try to run the game with the vanilla shortcut button to laught skyrim, not the one for skse...
They caused CTDs for me when I got hearthfire, took awhile to find them as the cause.

If you're subscribed to either of these, remove them.
So, even figuring out which mod is causing the conflict would require restarting a new game with a new character, and systematically creating a new character for each mod to find out which one is causing the problems. Hearthfire! Worth every penny...

Thread's a bit old at this point, but has many conflicting mods listed. Might help narrow it down.
Yeah, that was the first place I checked before I posted about my situation. I don't have any of the mods that're noted to conflict in that thread. I just ran a fresh game with a large portion of my mods disabled (just texture improvements and some armor mods active), finished my work in Helgen, sprinted to the plot of land where Lakeview would later be and... CTD. I give up. Most of the community created homes look better than these Hearthfire homes, anyway.
