The White Phial is Gone?!

Please help!

I did the quests, and chose to recieve the White Phial with healing powers. I had it in my favotires menu for emergencies. I used it in a fight, and then waited 24 hours, since I heard that would cause it to refill. But it didn't. I checked my inventory, and it was gone. The full version was not in my potions tab, and the empty one was not in my misc tab.

I am at my wits end. I saved after winning the fight, and all the autosaves are from after I used the phial. Someone please help me figure out what happened! D:

Alkpaz: The only mods I use are graphical mods. Even so, I unchecked them all when it first happened and redid the quest. Same result.

mrmystery634: I tried that. Unfortunately, when I drink it, it is gone forever, like the first time.

For me, it was the light weight potions mod. I unchecked the mod and the phial worked.

I have that, and the phial disappeared from the container I had it in as soon as it loaded.

oh yes i totaly forgot about it... Mine is gone too after using it. About 20 hours of play earlier. Oh well

Hmmm, it would be interesting to know which lightweight potions mod, there are a few, i use one from the workshop, there's another on the nexus which I think is also here...

its the "lightweight potions mod". same happen to me. I unload the mod and its works, the Phial is now refilling. f%#k this post starts from 2013 I guess gamers really don't die.

I don't use that mod, and mine is still broken to this day. I've given up on getting it fixed.
