But for some reason IA is screwing with the new game script. Horsecart turns into a rocket propelled rollercoaster. I guess I' can use LAL or just install it after leaving Helgen, but thats not the point!! I want all my mods to work with each other seamlessly.
But yea, IA has the *perfect* barbarian armor set. I was going to get the Conan set but who wants to travel all the way to Angi's camp to get it, bad design
Also I got a mod that changes my underwear to a speedo sooo...not very barbarianish

That may be caused by your refresh rate and not necessarily any mod. Skyrim runs best at 60 FPS. If you have a monitor with a high refresh rate it will cause problems. You need to cap your FPS.
I'll see about setting a cap on my monitor when I get home tonight, although this does make sense. I cant see why an armor mod would have any effect on startup performance of a new game
