H3X, do you have any screen shots of your game with these mods installed..?
FNIS is required for animations. If you do not use it after instaling or uninstalling animations, your characters will be stuck to a T-pose.
It was left unclear to me above, if you are using mod manager. If you install files manually, then they will overwrite each other. However, files holding the same filename may not have exactly the same content, because these files have been modded to satisfy that mod's needs. The priority (order where files are installed manually or NMM, or order they are sorted out in MO Priorty panel) comes to play here.
Using a body mod should be the one of easiest parts of modding Skyrim. You might have old files in your Data files folder that are messing around with your installation.
ENB Presets require matchin ENB Binary pack (named in the description) and mods that are marked as Required - if any.
Sorry if this offends you,but Steam rules say that,so...
CBBE really isn't an adult mod, but a body mesh mod. It is closed from public view, because of nude pictures in the description page. You will have to be signed in to Nexus page to see the content, so you will not stumble on it by accident.
I will personally keep recommending it, because it is one of best female body mods out there. The blocky faces and shapes in vanilla game, and super sexist sharp push in bosom, are what really makes me uncomfortable. You can choose the shape with body mods.
Bodyslide allows you to manage them as you wish. You can set weight effect as you wish. I have reduced the effect of 100% female body weight with bodyslide, because it was too busty form my taste. While whole process is almost automated, CBBE is the least sexist mod body mods class.
CBBE also has nevernude option, so you don't need to see any nude bodies in your game.
Edit: you can compare vanilla charactes to this.

Personally I prefer CBBE over SeveNBase. For someone spending a lot of time at the gym, SeveNBase bust is just way too big to be taken seriously, when compared to character's overall body mass. CBBE bust compares better to character waist and hip, making it more natural to look at.
Matter of opinion, I think. :)
Edit: Silly typo.
In regards to crashes i mentioned using mod organiser would take care of this as it checks for mods that will cause crashing and automatically opens tools like FNIS when they are required.

the d3d9 file isn't necessary for ALL ENB's, but most. If you're using Realvision, there is an auto installer in the folder wherever you downloaded it. Oh, if you aren't already, use Mod Organizer. Nexus Mod Manager is sloppy, and the workshop has half what Nexus has.
