Help with mods
Could anyone help me mod my skyrim to look awesome? Same for the character. I tried, and most of the times game breaks, stops, burns, etc. after finishing the modding.

H3X, do you have any screen shots of your game with these mods installed..?

Btw, do I need that FNIS for body mods? Most of the time I install body mods and I want to make them better, by installing something like an add-on for that body mod, it overwrites and either crashes or makes it... ehh, well... weird looking... Btw, do ENB require anything else besides the mod itself?

FNIS is required for animations. If you do not use it after instaling or uninstalling animations, your characters will be stuck to a T-pose.

It was left unclear to me above, if you are using mod manager. If you install files manually, then they will overwrite each other. However, files holding the same filename may not have exactly the same content, because these files have been modded to satisfy that mod's needs. The priority (order where files are installed manually or NMM, or order they are sorted out in MO Priorty panel) comes to play here.

Using a body mod should be the one of easiest parts of modding Skyrim. You might have old files in your Data files folder that are messing around with your installation.

ENB Presets require matchin ENB Binary pack (named in the description) and mods that are marked as Required - if any.
I used to use the nexus mod manager.
Edit: I actually like body* mods, but i don't like when people post them in public(steam forums are example where adulty things are prohibited so thats why i written this),they usually draw attention and...discomfort from some people. Oh well,i finally reached the part where only my character uses em,so i don't worry much. But ethier way,i prefer normal things but fancy ones.
Sorry if this offends you,but Steam rules say that,so...

Oh yes, when you recommend an adult mod(i.e boobs, naked and other not so friendly things),you have to remember this is cultural place where...we don't even talk about em. Lets just post non bad mods, alright? Cause...people feel unconfortable...

CBBE really isn't an adult mod, but a body mesh mod. It is closed from public view, because of nude pictures in the description page. You will have to be signed in to Nexus page to see the content, so you will not stumble on it by accident.

I will personally keep recommending it, because it is one of best female body mods out there. The blocky faces and shapes in vanilla game, and super sexist sharp push in bosom, are what really makes me uncomfortable. You can choose the shape with body mods.

Bodyslide allows you to manage them as you wish. You can set weight effect as you wish. I have reduced the effect of 100% female body weight with bodyslide, because it was too busty form my taste. While whole process is almost automated, CBBE is the least sexist mod body mods class.

CBBE also has nevernude option, so you don't need to see any nude bodies in your game.

Edit: you can compare vanilla charactes to this.

So, what would you go for, CBBE or that new one, sevenbase/7b I think it is... ?

Personally I prefer CBBE over SeveNBase. For someone spending a lot of time at the gym, SeveNBase bust is just way too big to be taken seriously, when compared to character's overall body mass. CBBE bust compares better to character waist and hip, making it more natural to look at.

Matter of opinion, I think. :)

Edit: Silly typo.

First time I played the game, I used CBBE, after which I switched to UNP, for my 2nd time. At the 3rd, I went back to CBBE, 'cause of armors and more stuff. Now I can't decide between CBBE and 7base...

FNIS is for changing animations, a body mod alone does not need this. Each ENB is different but most will say in detail on the mod page what to do. Ussually you download some files from nexus drop them in your install folder then you go to another site to get the atual ENB .dll file that makes it work.
In regards to crashes i mentioned using mod organiser would take care of this as it checks for mods that will cause crashing and automatically opens tools like FNIS when they are required.

There's more stuff compatible with CBBE
Yeah, but I once installed some ENBs, I did exactly what it said I should do, and it still didn't work. Nothing changed in my game...

Ensure you follow the enb instructions correctly and to the dot. did you also download the wrapper d3d9.dll file whitch is required for all enb to work? and did you install the enb manually by dragging and dropping as instructed or did you use nexus mod manager and may i ask whitch enb your trying to use?

the d3d9 file isn't necessary for ALL ENB's, but most. If you're using Realvision, there is an auto installer in the folder wherever you downloaded it. Oh, if you aren't already, use Mod Organizer. Nexus Mod Manager is sloppy, and the workshop has half what Nexus has.

It is necessary.. thats the core binary for a enb, if it doesnt require that file its not an enb fact
