black screen upon starting skyrim

so i recently started playing skyrim again with no problems until i got an infinete load bug witch forced me to quit the game and restart. i got a black screen upon startup ever since. i tried reinstalling everything. didn't work, i tried reinstalling skse, that did work but when i started skyrim up the next day, it happened again. what is the problem here?

- Black screen is often caused by a third party application. Make sure that some update in your anti virus application has not caused it to interfere with Skyrim.

- Infinite loading screens can be usually avoided by activating SKSE tweak. To use all tweaks you will have to update SKSE to version 1.7.3, despite that it is still beta. Otherwise you should leave EnableDiagnostics=1 out of the configuration file.

- Try to validate your files with a clean cache, in case that your master files got damaged, or didn't install correctly.

- It is also possible that your save file is damaged. Try a new game and see if it works. Use LAL to save time while testing out your game, if you are not already doing so. IMO, it is worth using any way, because it allows you to preload scripts and setup configurations for mods in isolated location.
