Try to load a save game that works (if you have any) and preload scripts from it. Once that is done, the you may load the crashing save and play, save and load normally during the session.
Few things to try.
Memory fix will aid you with crashing or load. It can't fix the problem with plenty of scripts loading at once, but it fill fix all problems related to memory bugs causing the similar issue.

Edit: Also make sure that this indeed is NOT a load order or priority issue. There are few things that LOOT does not yet place properly, or that are not obvious in priority.

Try this first, in case that your master files are just damaged.
- Exit Steam.
- Go to Steam folder and remove folder named appcache
- Go to Documents > My Games > Skyrim.
- Remove files Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini.
- If you have included tweaks for mods, then save the files, in case you need to redo some tweaks. Leave all possible memory and Papyrus tweaks out of them.
- Close your computer. Let it actually shut down, so it will reset all hooks. Then start it again.
- Start Steam. It will now load a few seconds, while creating a new appcache folder for you.
- Steam client Library view, right click the game.
- Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache...
- Run the default launcher once and let the game configure. This will create new Skyrim.ini for you.
- Run the game once. This will create new SkyrimPrefs.ini for you.
* 1 file will always fail to validate. It is related to how Steam detects your graphic card configurations and does not have any negative effect to your game.
could it be that i need a newer skse version I have 1.7.1 installed but on the SKSE website there is 1.7.2 and 1.7.3 available for download. Could that save the problem?
