ID of the object is xx00e7fe, where xx is your mod's number in the load order. This number varies, if you have all DLCs and/or unoffiicial patches.
Console:

also do you use LOOT or BOSS?
if so have you gotten any warnings about dirty mods?
if so Have you used TES5Edit to clean them?
Have you also installed the Unofficial Patches for the DLCs you have?
Precache killer is included with the RaceMenu and is mostly related to hair mod content loading all at once.
Yeah, LOOT is the only way to go.
Do not clean any mods, unless mod author especially tells you to do so. Now days those edits are often actually needed and clearing mod from those edits will break them.
Could be a conflict in your load order (LOOT), more rare problem with resources (mod installation order) or broken master file. Try this first.
- Exit Steam.
- Go to Steam folder and remove folder named appcache.
- Go to Documents > My Games > Skyrim.
- Remove files Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini. Note that your Windows settings may have hidden your file extensions.
- Close your computer. Don't just restart it, but let it actually shut down.
- Start your computer. Start Steam. Steam will now load a few seconds, while creating a new appcache folder for you.
- Steam client Library view, right click the game.
- Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache...
- Run the default launcher once, to allow game configure. This will create new Skyrim.ini for you.
- Run the game once. This will create new SkyrimPrefs.ini for you.
* 1 file will always fail to validate. It is related to how Steam detects your graphic card configurations and does not have any negative effect to your gaem.
Once done, activate SKSE memory fix, if you alread haven't done so. Tell us, if the crashing continues.
