Skyrim doesn't start
My Skyrim wich is fresh new game withouth mods doesn't start even after reinstalling, verifying game cache, turning off antivirus, reinstalling steam, running as administrator and still when i press play in the game menu it just closes. anyone help

Some mods you got from workshop or Nexus require certain DLC to be installed. If you subscribed to a mod & didn't read that it requires DLC then it will shut itself down because you are asking it to add something to your game without the base for it. Hope that helped!

Make sure your video drivers are up to date as well.

Disable AA in the launcher under options

If you don't have any mods (check your data files section on the client when it starts up), then I would make sure that your computer meets the requirements. Make sure you are running the appropriate settings for your system.

my video drivers are up to date and my computer meets the requirements.
when i played the skyrim downloaded from the internet everything was fine but now when i bought the game it doesnt work

Sorry I can't be of more help on this issue. I don't have win 8 but I've read that a lot of people are having problems with their games. I did find this discussion about it, though. There are a few possible fixes that might work in the link below.
