Change third person camera angle
The camera angle in GTA feels much more natural, and I find myself using that whenever I play GTA over first person. In Skyrim, it's exactly the opposite; first person feels good, but third person feels unbearably clunky. I think it's because the camera puts my character too close to the center of the screen when out of combat, and puts my character right in the middle during combat.

Is there a mod out there that can change the camera position, or is it hardcoded? For reference, the camera positioning in GTA V hits the sweet spot for me. Keeping my character on the far left at all times would be great.

The red area is where the character normally is. The green area is where I'd like them to be relative to the camera.

I'm a user of CC myself, and I play the game with 0 zoom, 27 horizontal aim and 0 vertical adjustment, I always have to guess m;y shots by having the cross-hair align slightly to the right of them, anyone know of a mod that can change this, I tried proper aiming and that didn't even help like it was suppose to.

The archery mod I use suggests 20 horizonzal/ 20 vertikal, which works fine for me. It's also only relevant when you're shooting from 3 person view

You just stuck your head into the rabbit hole...

I don't actually use a crosshair, so perhaps that won't apply?
