How do i suck peoples blood?

I just became a vampire, and how do I suck peoples blood? Is it even posible?

Are you using the dawnguard dlc? If not, you have to approach a sleeping person while you are sneaking and then you'll get the option to suck their blood.

Cattle in Castle Volkihar, anyone, anywhere who is sleeping, or if you've gone a day or more without feeding, use the Vampire's Seduction power.

Sneak up to somebody while they are sleeping and an option to feed will be there

it could be a little out of topic, but if you want to suck the blood out of victim while in combat, there are cool vampire mods out there. I dunno about the Steam Workshop and I don't use it, so I will give you a link in Nexus Mods instead. hope you like it.
