Bugged Bloodline Quest [SOLVED]

HI. For some reason everytime i accept harkon's request and wanna be a vampire, he bites me, the screen turns black, but then i am not a vamprie lord, i am just stuck standing near him in the main hall. I tried verifying my game cache- didn't work. Organizing my load order via LOOT like 6 times-didn't work. Uninstall very big questy mods like Summerset Isle- didn't work. Cleaning orpahn scripts from any of my save games-didn't work. i am sure it is not a GPU or CPU prob cus i have an insanely good PC. Please help me!!! i have unofficial skyrim patch for all DLCs and for skyrim. I cleaned every dirty esm and esp. I just don't know what to do!!! i really want to be a vamprie but this makes my game a lot more nanoying!!! please! i can post my load order but i don't know how. btw my active scripts count is: 82892.

no. only better vampires, bat travel, vampire lord real flying, vampire lords can loot and activate, predator vision and BVFE

After speaking with Harkon about accepting his gift, he may not transform. If you approach him and talk to him again, he will continue to repeat the same introduction dialogue.

After speaking with Harkon about accepting his gift, he may not transform, instead simply standing there. If you approach him and talk to him again, he will make noises ("Yeargh") and still not transform. Pc22.png Start a new game WITHOUT Dawnguard installed (don't enable Dawnguard for NMM users), Save, Exit the game, Install Dawnguard (enable Dawnguard for NMM users), Start the savegame previously made without Dawnguard and the bug will not appear in that Save. This procedure not allow to remove the bug from other savegames made with Dawnguard Installed (Enabled). (Tested with Nexus Mod Manager for an easy uninstallation/installation of Dawnguard)
Reload to a save after entering DimHollow Crypt, wait 30 days, then proceed with the quest. this resets all dungeons, characters, etc... this also fixes the bug where you die after being bitten by Harkon.

lol it is one of the bugs there. it is simillar to this:After accepting Harkon's gift and transforming into a Vampire Lord, you may be permanently frozen, unable to move at all.
only without me transforimg to vampire loord

yeah i have al of them. i want to be a vampire!!! now i at least have the red blurry in my screen when he bites, but i still am stuck near him.
