How to install ShowRaceMenu Precache Killer?
I have to put it into the SKSE folder in my data folder.
Except there is no SKSE folder.
I installed SKSE through Steam (It's on the steam store).

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\SKSE

Look here.

Sorry I didn't go deep enough before. My mistake.

Use this mod instead, the precache killer is built in and it has other tweaks to help Skyrim become more stable.

The manual installation requires placing it in /steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins, and also says to just add whatever directories you don't have.

So just make some new folders and call them "SKSE" and "Plugins"?

Mod requires Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) to work. That should create SKSE folder for you. If Plugins folder does not exist, then you can create it yourself.

SKSE
http://skse.silverlock.org/

While you are at it, activate the main memory fix for Skyrim.

I've already installed SKSE.
From HERE!

Shouldn't I then have at least the SKSE folder already?

I have no idea how Steam version works. I store all my content locally. Hopefully someone else can answer to that.

I found a download for SKSE.ini, do I put it in SKSE, Plugins, or somewhere else?

Configuration file does not go in to Plugins. It goes to:

...SteamApps/common/Skyrim/Data/SKSE

INI-file is configuration file for executables.
Why, what and how was explained in my SKSE, memory and skse.ini post, linked above.

SKSE itself should be installed directly under ...SteamApps\common\Skyrim.

Configuration file skse.ini should NOT be under Plugins, but in ...SteamApps/common/Skyrim/Data/SKSE
