Who is Arcadia
The wizard in Whiterun (Something secret-fire) told me to go deliver something for him as a sidequest to Arcadia, but I never heard of the charachter. Where do I have to go to deliver the item?

Check at the alchemist's shop in Witerun.

Well, the simple answer is follow the marker. BUT, that sounds dismissive and in the interest of educating you more personally... Arcadia is the alchemist that runs the shop Arcadia's Cauldron right in the whiterun market. Her store is between the Bannered Mare and Belethor's General Goods.

Arcadia is the name of the Apothacary in Whiterun. Sells potions ans potion ingredients.

She's also a bit of a germ-o-phobe. Don't freak when she says something about your health and/or general appearance.

Well I found her. She hired thugs to kill me, but at least I got that quest done. Thank you all for the help.
