Immersive First Person View and Enhanced Camera do the same thing, so conflict there too. Enhanced Camera is the better of the two.
Specialized NPCs (like Inigo) and iNPC may not function well, or at all, or may break the game, when managed (or attempted) with UFO. AFT seems to be less of a problem, but may still have issues.
Also, I think you have several unnecessary mods like Brawl Bugs and other "stability" patches that are probably covered in the USKP. I would only use these if they're PROVEN to not be fixed (they occur in game) with the USKPs loaded.
Helgen Reborn can not be started until after you've been through Helgen (or use ASLAL to bypass).
Requiem is a VERY special case and there are many mods that need patches to work with it.
I believe (not sure) Warzones also has some special issues.
Overall, your mod list looks like a hodgepodge of clickety-clickety-click-I-need-this-now. You need to slow down and install one or two mods at a time AFTER reading the descriptions, compatability issues, known bugs,, etc. And after they're installed, you need to play a few hours without hard saves on them before installing another set.
I would start with the Unoffical Patches, SKSE, SkyUI, iHUD, moreHUD, FNIS, and whichever XP32's you decide on.
Then I would move on to your must haves. If Requiem is one of them, and since it may have the most compatability issues, I'd start there, even if it requires more work patching later.
@ OP I will start reading the mods description, post and forum pages today and tonight. You should do the same what we are looking for is compatible mods, incompatilble mods, required mods, installation and load order directions. Requiem is not happening. I have not used it, it's installation can get complicated and as I will never use it I am wholly uninterested in learning how to install it.
Hopefully by tonight or tomorrow I'll have a revised list. As should you. So for these are either not needed or redundant.
Added
OneTweak 40706
CBBE 2666
Not Needed
Showracemenu precache killer - included in OneTweak
Enhanced Character Edit - mostly included in Racemenu
AFT - Redundant - using UFO
The Dance of Death - old replaced with Violens 56980
Bodyslide - is a seperate program included with CBBE body, You do not have a body, so I will use CBBE 2666
Safety Load - redundant with SKSE settings
Requiem - ain't happening
Immersive First Person view - using Enhanced Camera instead
Brawl Bug Patch - redundant part of USKP
Warzones - buggy
Now we are going to ake this oppurtunity to switch you to Mod Organizer. As I have a feeling you are going to be adding more mods to this list, MO will be your best bet. Now to start with do the research on the mods you already have and let's start getting your game ready for mods. First, we will make your game vanilla again. From this point on do not add any mods. Follow this guide first.
Make sure you are unsubscribed from all the workshop mods, then follow this guide: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Make_Skyrim_Vanilla_Again
You can leave in the files for the DLC as well if you have them which I don't think that guide mentions, and if you have the hi res dlcs then you can leave in the third esp and bsa, but otherwise its all set
Next we will clean the master files using TES5Edit (linked in the guide) by following this guide.
Cleaning the Official Master ESMs
http://www.theassimilationlab.com/forums/topic/14507-guide-manual-cleaning-skyrim-master-files/
Just let me know when you have completed the above steps and any revisions needed to your list from the researching you are doing.
Edit: Spelling, sorry I got your name wrong, kdodds but in my defense I did just crawl out of bed!
Any other tools: FNIS if you're going to install some specific body mods.
Other than that, probably SkyUI, it's MCM menu is required by a lot of mods. And LOOT to keep the game from crashing
And a LOT of mods require some special programs like SkyProc patcher, but don't worry about them until you stumble on a mod that actually needs them.
SKSE - Necessary for an enormous number of mods out there.
Wrye Bash - The bashed patch it builds helps facilitate compatibilty between different mods trying to modify the same lists.
Mods:
The Unofficial Patches
SkyUI
Brawl Bugs Patch
Better MessageBox Controls
Better Dialogue Controls
ShowRaceMenu PreCache Killer
RaceMenu
Fuz Ro Doh
Enhanced Camera
Immersive Hud
A Quality World Map
The above is what I consider to the base that everyone should use. In addition to the above, below are what I consider personally required mods for myself (any playthrough I do will use these).
Tools:
Mod Organizer - NMM and others aren't bad, but once you learn to use MO you'll never want to use anything else.
Mods:
Alternate Start - Live Another Life
Audio Overhaul for Skyrim 2
Lanterns of Skyrim
Purity
Campfire *
Cloaks of Skyrim
Winter is Coming
Smaller Cursor
* = This includes the Brawl Bugs patch, so if you use Campfire you can drop the patch. Also will be require for Frostfall 3.0 when it release next month, and possibly Last Seed as well shortly after that.
There is no Immersive Archery Overhaul. There is Immersive Archery and there is Archery Gameplay Overhaul. The former mentions neither perspective mod as requirements on the information page. The latter has this to say:
"Designed for 1st person gameplay with Skyrim - Enhanced Camera or Immersive First Person View."
I'm not being an ass here, I really would like to honestly know and am not making judgements. Do you have a reading comprehension issue? That may be part of your modding problems.
One or the other, the two do the same thing, in the same way, in fact, as SKSE scripts, so are probably not compatible. IFPV still has some clipping issues and flickering issues, and a pretty sickening wobble/bobble in FP, even when the suggested changes are applied, so I stand by my original statement.

Hi Kdodds, Just curious ... why MO over NMM? I just installed the nmm update, but if there are solid reasons MO is better I'm interested before I mod my new game.
Managing resource conflicts is much easier with Mod Organizer than with Nexus Mod Manager. Updating your mods does not create new conflicts, because you can setup and manage them manually from left panel.
None of the mods go in to your Data folder. MO uses it's own virtual Data folder and stores all mods in separate folder. This means that none of the files you have will ever get physically overwritten. You will manage the order from MO left panel instead and this will save you from a lot of trouble.
Also, the profile system of MO is much more advanced than with NMM.
The downside is that new user has to learn a tool that is much like NMM in ways, but works unlike NMM in other ways. Setting up the left panel for large amount of mods is intially a bit of a pain. However, you only need to do it once. Adding and removing mods to your game only requires that you move the folder in left panle to corresponding place with load order (right panel) set by LOOT - unless you wish to allow some resources to win conflict against others intetionally, which is often the case if you use SMIM.
I am working with MO guide to Steam, but Gopher's playlist is still the best guide around. If my babbling about resource priorites confused you, then check at least #8 from the playlist that describes it well - and is also something that NMM users should understand as well.
