Good advice. The console is a development and debug tool, not a cheat engine. Using the console except for few "safe" (quotes are because no command is truly safe) commands canlead to serious game breaking issues. Most of the time it will happen later down the road. The only commands I use on my playthrough character are
set timescale to x Selfexplanatory
fov xx Field of View 90 is what I play at, 65 or 70 is default
tfc 1 Toggle Free Camera The "1" pauses the game
sucsm Free camera speed
tm Toggle Menus The console will also disapear, just exit out take the shot and open console and reenter tm
That is it unless I run across a bug. For my screenshot and just messing around character... they generally don't make it past level 30 before the save is unusable.
Now to your question, disable is not a safe way to delete something from the game because it does not actually delete the npc / item. Disable suspends any scripts, turns off AI and detection, and makes the npc / item invisible. The npc / item and all it's information is still there in your save. This is the best solution;
But I use some console commands. But newer to spawn anything. If one NPC is dead. Ok fine. I move on.
And Spawn Alduin in Solitude is stupid. For answer to OP "I spawned alduin and mirmulnir in solitude (because why not) and cant get rid of them pls halp meh."
If you do that stupid thing and dont have one clean save you are s-k-re-w-ed.
Live whit it/load one old save or start again.
Make a save before doing such things in the future so you can reload your save.
Problem here is BOTH dragons are tied into the main quest and the problem can be that both not appear, because they are disabled or tied up in Solitude. Really what made you think it was a good idea to spawn 2 dragons that are so heavily tied into the main story line?
One another problem for you is that he will kill several of your importent npc in solitude, so many of your quests will not work.
I will be wery happy every time you post one question why your game dont work from now on.
