Skyrim Refusing to Install

Hello there. I got an issue. The main problem is skyrim simply refusing to install.
Whenever i attempt to get steam to install it it says ''Download Queued' While i have no other downloads. I uninstalled it and reinstalled again but it did not work. So did not restarting PC. I al so tried moving it up in the queue but it did not work. Any ideas? ( It does download when i click it for 1 secound )

Look up and see STEAM-click on it, now click on SETTING, the click on DOWNLOADS, now change your download region to somewhere else close to you.

if you do not have "Allow downloads during gameplay" checked in the Steam settings window and have another game/launcher running, you will see "Download Queued" until you shut down the other game.

Thanks but none of these things worked. I tried everything and still it doesnt work :(
Any More ideas? Prehaps i could get a pre downloaded skyrim somehow?

Try following:
- Close Steam
- Go to your Steam folder: as defaul, under C:\Program Files (x86)
- Remove the folder named "appcache"
- Close your computer.

- Start your computer and start Steam. It will now inspect your games for new appcache folder.
- Try to install your game.

I just realised my mistake. Its not install.. Its updates.
I cannot update anything. I tried everything you guys said :/

What are you trying ot update?
Skyrim should already be installed as fully patched from Steam.

It just says Updating 5.7 MB / 5.8 GB Update Required
Same goes to all other games when i think about it

I just changed PC's. It worked perfectly on last one.

Is it not just slowly updating or scanning the installed files?

Nope. If it begins updating every 30 min before shutting down after a sec. I tried moving it up in que but it doesnt work
