I have a question.
Is it possible to adapt mods for the Skyrim SE to a simple edition?

No.

What mod do you want? There is a good chance there is already a version for Original Skyrim.
Adapt/translate: No!
Recreate: possibly, if you spend time effort and are good at creating mods.

I wanted to install a Nordic UI, but I only found it for SE and LE. Also, for some reason, ElSopa does not work, although it should be suitable for the original Skyrim.(And yes, I have SkyUI installed)

It's not an ideal solution, but you could buy Hearthfire, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn, which would give you Legendary Edition. Or, if your computer and your finances are sufficient, consider buying Special Edition (which is frequently on sale).

WHERE TO FIND ORIGINAL SKYRIM AND DLC PAGES

NOTE - I have checked other reputable sites for keys, and they are apparently no longer available for the original version, so you are pretty much stuck with buying it all from Steam.

Well, all the DLS are bought from me. And are you saying that my simple Skyrim with them turns into LE?

Yes, if you have Hearthfire, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn you have Legendary Edition.

"Legendary Edition" is just a marketing name for all the items bundled together; there are no programming differences.

Depend on the mods, but again potentially yes.
Speaking of mods does anyone know about Project Reality:Climates Of Tamriel - Lite Version or even use any graphical overall to enhance the game because I am a little bit curious if ENB's work on Skyrim Legendary edition as well or other modification like for another example Amazing Followers Tweaks or the UFO ultimate follower mod one may I ask?
