I can't remember the name of it. I think it was DARK, NIGHTS, DARKNESS... probably one of those three. If it's not, then I'll load up MO when I get a chance and see what the actual name is.
Lightless Abandon Dungeons by Marbaus - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9859/?
Am not personally familiar with it so can't recommend one way or the other.
Nope, it was a different mod.
Just checked, it's called Eternal Darkness.
Eternal Darkness by SOT Team and jbvertexx - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70454/?
Sands of Time team make some excellent mods. Furthermore, they constantly keep them up to date. Though I do not use this mod, I would recommend any mod that they put out (provided, of course, that it's the type of mod that you like).
EDITED
Taking a look at this mod, I am seriously considering placing it in my load order.
I already use Sands of Time Sleeping Encounters Standalone Module by The SOT Team - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49307/?
That's why I don't use it. Would like to, because it really does look good, but my computer would cough up a hairball if I added COT to my load order! Hope you find something that works for you. Good luck!
You can try Vivid weathers, and if you're not using an ENB there is a "doom" setting in the mcm that turns interiors very dark, the low setting on exteriors is pretty good as well, but not as dark as the combos listed above ... still it's a single program and not quite so big a hit to FPS
Hope RLO works out to my liking, I really hate having to keep changing mods like this.
