Nexus Mods wont activate in-game!

It's just as it sounds. And, I do know LOOT is the average go to for resolving the issue, and no dice. Doesn't work.
Whenever i'm in-game, I first make sure all mods are checked, Chesko Frostfall, Hothtrooper Armor, Scoped bows.
Y'know, the average stuff.. But I click on the MCM configuration menu, and there are no mods.
I tryed starting a new game, tryed cleaning every file, tryed re-downloading mods, and tryed even re-downloading Skyrim, and then updating to the newest version possible of Nexus Mod Manager.

Yes, I do use SKSE.
Enough babbiling, What's your guys suggestion?

I officially owe you one , I've been working on fixing this for close to a year now..
It used to be crashing EVERY movement
Then it was a random glitch that kept flickering the screen on and off,
Then it was no mod at all would work,
Now it's this...

Um, I'm not sure if this is anything to go over, still doesn't fix the problem because Hothtrooper doesn't work like all the other mods but it does show up on my SkyrimDF
But, None of the mods I downloaded for Skyrim through NexusMM, None of them are appearing in the files except for Hothtroopers Armor Complimation

It sounds like you haven't enabled them. Do they all have green checks next to them?

Something is not right with your mod list. In LOOT top right corner is 3 dots, open that and click copy load order and past that here.
Your armor is all over the place. Files from top to bottom should be esm then esp files. Skyrim.esm is not even in your list.

Nothing is standing out. When you say nothing shows in MCM, there is nothing? Or only a few mods show? Did you hit apply after LOOT sorted the list?
I don't see a skelton mod, high heels and dod and violens need one, if I remember correctly. Violen and dance of death might be conflicting, since they are basically the same.

Nothing shows in MCM. Yes.
and alright I didn't know about the Skeleton mod backup file, but doesn't matter, because I don't have either of those mods selected , and I unsubscirbed from both of them..

Ok, so I guess we can just start this conversation up tommorow. I'm going to reinstall Skyrim again, but this time make it filter out all the unsubscribed mods. If it still doesn't click all the mods, I'll letcha guys know.
Don't wanna' be "That guy" but I really just don't feel like hand selecting 512 unsubscribed mods. Especially when you can't CTRL click, lasso, or filter out the mods by any means easily...

On a seperate topic, anyone else think Bethesda should make it to where the Data Files has a seperate directory that filters out all unsubscribed mods?

I really don't know. But if you deactivated mods, you need to re run LOOT. The second list you posted is all the mods activated. The left panel in LOOT are all the mods downloaded. When you say unsubscribed do you mean from Steam? That could be an issue if some mods are from the work shop and others from nexus. I've only used nexus mods, so I'm guessing.

I don't have all mods activated I only have 47 out of the 512 mods installed, anything that isn't activated are the mods that I unsubscribed from on Steam.
No it's not an issue for having both workshop and Nexus or any other mods. I used to be able to play it just perfectly and that was back when I had 159 mods activated, now theres only 47 and theres an issue, I sweeped through each mod, seeing if one of them required something else, and From what I can see, I have everything I should need, just doesn't work for some reason. But, I think I know the issue.
I remember while playing one of the mods Either the Unofficial Skyrim or some other patch, sent a notice on the front claiming it would screw up my game if I played, but I never got to click cancel, it just auto played. But on the other hand, I don't think he meant Screw up as in, conflict with other mods, pretty sure an issue like that would be something to do with saves, which I deleted all of my old ones so I wouldn't know. But I've begun the download for Skyrim already, I'll see if something clicks when I re-install it again..

In NMM if you right click the file you have one menu there you can chose from Remove or disable. Try to remove them.
