You can either ignore them, or if the extra weight is an issue you can drop them using a console command.
The simplest solution is google the items name putting UESP into your search
Find what quest it relates to.
Do the quest that will then should take the item from your inventory.

I thought that all quest items were weightless until quest is completed?
edit: this did not change their status as quest items, just got them out of inventory.

I always assumed the Elder scroll and Black books had weight but doing more reading on the matter suggests that they don't actually weigh anything. Even if inventory seems to give 20 to the elder scrolls and 1 each per black book.
See even after years of playing you can still find out something new!
I have gone through the Wiki's and some of the items which say they are Quest Items are mods (I have used on other profiles and worked fine)
Yes it is, they both are on the same profile.
After playing Skyrim, this is the first that this and the other thing has ever happened.
A Silver Ring
Silencers Gear
Black Sacrament (The dagger and sword) and Barette (sneaking one)
An Amulet of Talos
I believe these are the only ones, however sometimes new items which I have has for a while gains the tag of being a 'Quest Item'.
You may find more answers.
The Amulet of Talos can be a quest item.
Googling "amulet of talos quest item fix" leads to 2 quests http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Amulet_of_Talos
Return to grace after beheading of Roggvir
And also Search and seizure getting Ogmonds Amulet
So you may have to complete both of those quests to be able to drop your amulet.
The other items will probably be listed as quest item by mods you have installed / or had installed and removed but scripts like these don't get removed as easily in a playthrough.
