Skyrim rain bug/glitch
Whenver it starts raining in my game, the water is this really bright, fluorescent blue colour and it's extremely annoying. Is anyone else having this problem or can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Do you have any mods that effect lighting, weather, or textures?

I had W.A.T.E.R, but I deactivated it just to see if it would solve the issue. Wet and Cold doesn't affect textures, I think, so I don't think that would mean anything if I also disabled that. I have Enhanced Lights and FX, True Storms, and CoT. Do any of those have known rain issues?

Ppossibly a combination of ELFX and CoT. Is this during all storms, or just during sun showers? Are you using an ENB?

No ENB's at all. I've only had rain when it's evening or very late at night, but I'd assume it's during every storm.

I'm guessing it's to do with ELFX combined with CoT against the vanilla water textures. If you're seeung the same thing with or without W.A.T.E.R. then you'd likely overwritten the textures from that mod anyway. If you're using the Workshop or NMM, try reinstalling it. If you're using MO, just move it below both ELFX and CoT in the LEFT pane. Let LOOT sort out the rest in any of the above.

Are you using CoT5, do you have the True Storms patch?

Untargeted Commands: "fw <formid>"
Force Weather
:Changes the current weather to the specified value (NOTE: Using this command will NOT permanently change the weather). It is only temporary, and will reset after some moving around. Typing ,1 after the formid without spaces will prolong the weather of your choice (for example, fw 10e1ec,1). Valid formids are.
