SKSE memory patch not working (SOLVED)
So I've beguyn a new playthrough of Skyrim and did all the mod testing and thoguht I had the game stable, but I get random CTD's in random areas that I have to avoid at that time because something makes them ctd, but after mod testing I discoverd its the memory blocks, no matter how high I raise them, I find that I crash when they hit 250, its really starting to annoy me, I'm currently crashin as I prpare to battle for Markarth, no mod confilicts, just too many actors on screen causing lag and a CTD, any help is really appreciated as this is my favourite game and I love the charecter I am currently roleplaying as

Thanks in advance
Ryan

You have only 2 options when using SKSE memory fix; one with defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768, and the other being defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1024. You may increae the size from 756 to 1024, but you CANNOT decrease back to 756 once it has been changed - you would have to go back to a save from before you increased it or, if that is not available, start a new game.

Also, scrapHeapSizeMB must always be set to 256

Try running SKSE before the actually client of Skyrim.
I've followed the instructions perfectly but still the CTD exsists, I'm trying a differant type of memory mod I've been reccamended to see if that helps

With SKSE memory fix installed, you do not need Safety Load or SSME - Skyrim Startup Memory Editor. Having either of those installed with SKSE memory fix contributes absolutely nothing.

thankyou i'm aware of that, however until i found the SKSE preset the SSME was the only fix for me,perhaps i should have worded that better, also to the OP do you have a Bashed Patch and have a look at your VRam usage, even running a GTX1070 this game will use almost 80% of VRam when using heavy texture packs, you can lighten the load by using this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801/?
Thank you for all your help, somehow, using the crashfixes mod and and an ENB I've got Skyrim stable, sorry on my reply, been held down by course work
