Skyrim won't load my save file even though I didn't load any mods.
I was just playing one of the side mission given by the companions to clear out a cave inhabited by Falmers when my game suddenly froze. It wouldn't let me access the pause menu to load a previous save file. It just stood there. After restarting my PC, I tried reloading the save file but it just let me into an waiting screen loading forever. Countless of times I tried reloading my PC and trying to reload other save files but it would just lead me to the never ending loading screen. Once in a while, the game will tell me that my game is loading from a save file that isn't there and some of my items may not be available. (I forgot what it really says but that's how I remember it.) Right now I'm reinstalling the game just to see will everything be reseted. And no, I did not download any mods. The only thing I downloaded in the game was the High Definition Texture Pack. Other than that, I didn't download any mods. But if I reinstalled the game and the problem still persists, what should I do?

Sounds like you just hit in to Skyrim memory allocation issue, which is a well known problem. Using SKSE and creating configuration for it activates memory allaction fix, which was especially meant to fight the problem with extended and infinite loading screens.

SKSE, memory and skse.ini

Will this allow me to load and play my old save files or do I have to start a new game?

If this is just about memory allocation issue, then you should be able to continue your current game.

Adding (properly managed) new script resources to the game do not mess things up. Removing them from ongoing game is what breaks games.

SKSE memory fix is highly recommended. People around this forum more or less expect that you are using it. ENBoost and USLEEP (in your case, older Unofficial Skyrim Patch, instead of USLEEP) are two other things that regulars expect others to use. There is no valid reason NOT having them in your game.

Old Skyrim memory allocation is a bit wonky and 32bit release bumps in to all sorts of things, like DX9 VRAM cap.
