Do dsf alert level at sterilzation also transfer over to main after leaving?

Steri is completely unrelated to alert; it's based on kills specifically, so no, you dont get any unusual jump in alert from DSF.

(The alert you got from kills themself do transfer as usual, but overall visiting DSF should be in your favour alert-wise)

Transitioning between maps lowers your alert by subtracting a percentage from your current alert (variable, depends on depth, but between ~55-40%). You get two map transitions to drop your alert with, so as ktur said, visiting a DSF is usually helpful for your alert unless it's already low. DSFs always go up one depth, though sometimes they exit into a garrison first.

Not without changing maps. They get locked down any time a hostile bot (not a neutral, green bot) sees you and is not jammed by a transmission jammer, or if you just came out of a DSF from the previous depth. The only way to remove this lockdown is to change maps.
