Known Trojan list with right-click details
Suggestion: would be cool if when you go to insert a comand manually (like a trojan) you would get a list similar to the one for the codes you found, this because I keep forgetting the trojans I am supposed to know even if I've read the conversation about them 4 or more times.
Also a right-click that display details of what it does (or the conversation from when you learn about it), kind of like the details about an hack, because I keep forgetting the use for some of them, and I suck at taking notes :\

If you type in 'trojan', the autocomplete list will pop up with the full list of applicable trojans that you have used at least once before.

I know
The thing is there are different comands, like Trojan, Trap, etc... so rather than try all and then flip trough them one by one, seeying the full applicable list for a given terminal would be much more "user friendly" :)

This has been suggested before, it's just very low priority because we already have an effective autocomplete system and its machine-specific narrowed list, which gets narrower the more you type. (It also works seamlessly within the existing system, rather than creating a new UI, which are best avoided in general).

The only way this might come to pass is if patrons eventually vote for the next level of advanced hacking autocomplete QoL. That said, there are a bunch of things on that list, many probably more desirable than this...

Note you can click on any installed Trojan to get a description of its mechanics. Open the machine info to see it. (Naturally you have to install it first, but this is one way to get all those details :P)

I didn't know this, thanks!
Some trial and error, and eventually I'll learn them all for real xD

I'll add a contextual tutorial message to that effect, which might help the few people who read those ;)

Like I said, if you type 'trojan' then none of the other hacks will be listed, only trojans.

Yeah, just "Tro" is enough, since no other class of hacks starts with those three letters--"Tr" just happens to also match Traps(), so you need a third letter to just cycle through Trojans applicable at the current machine.

I knew / know :)
The issue I was raising wasn't about me not knowing that really ( lol ), because typing the initials and then cycling trough is how I've always been playing for 50+ hours

Sorry @zxc if I sounded dismissive of your suggestion, I realize you where trying to help and I could have explained it better since the beggining, the fact I often forget the various option available to me (let's say in a terminal that accept 8 different manual comands) and thus force me to cycle trough them the way you suggested just to refresh them in my memory (first traps and then trojans) was precisely the issue, because I thought seeying them all at once like the bot hack panel would be far more immediate (less typing).
But anyway now I'm heavily hacking in all my runs, so soon I'll really have them all memorized lol
Thx for helping :)
