Graphic problem - mouse cursor twinkling and leaving aftershadows

Hello, I have a problem. Mouse cursor in the game is constantly twinkling, and leaves its own aftershadows (which dissapear after a sec or two). There have been other graphic problems, but this is the most obvious and constant one.

I can play the game basically, but damn, is that annoying. Any way to fix this?

Haven't checked if the issue occurs in the other games from a Runaway series.

For me (creator of th topic) problems have stopped. Not sure what was the cause of it, I have simply installed the game again after some time and it works. Maybe newer drivers (I've had the newest by then, but obviously next versions came out), maybe luck, maybe new system (I'm on Windows 8.1 now, not sure if I've been already on it, or still on Win 7 by then). The game is great, so keep fighting ;]

It worked out somehow for me. I think it new version of drivers came out, or something like that.
