4th weapon slot and inventory sorting
Title. I love the fact that the weapons are so diferent between each other, but the fack that there are 4 types and only 3 slots forces me to get out if my way to actually use all weapon types.
I think that a 4th slot could add improved playability just because the fact that it allows the player to take a weapon of each class and swap between them during combat.
Also an inventory sorting system, even if not alpha based, just grouping items with the same name tighether could be nice, it would help to sell unused items and avoid stacking repeated stuff between multiple runs

i would rather suggest only 2 slots.
i only use 2 slots and can fast swap between them (FAST LUL)
what the game needs is midair weaponswap. like the spells/items
and assign more keys to items like healing.
most bigger fights i get rid of all spells i dont need to switch faster between the good once.

sorting would be a nice feature so.

Why reduce the slots if you can just equip 2 weapons anyways? I mean, adding a forth slot wont prevent others from removing weapons to swap faster, but removing a slot prevents other to have more weapons avaiable for swapping

Yeah, communities are hard to get arround, I know it first hand since im a dev too :P
Also, any chance to add more items to the dpad quick access? Like the potion that its used with up, but with down, left and right. Those 3 buttons are never used and could be a nice non intrusive adition for further customization, mainly for status related potions.

I think The Surge 1&2 have a great system, where instead of having to place weapons in your hands, you select them, and you can put a mark on other weapons, so you can just circle through your selected weapons. The surge has no euqip load/ power stat for weapons, though, which means your build won't change, but in a game with equip load, you need pre selected weapons with weight in order to have your total weight not change all the time mit combat.
