Has anyone figured out how Comet Strike actually works?
The mangled English description doesn't help at all, and pressing the special attack button only works sometimes.

[THE AVERAGE]

When you successfully parry and you dash through them, you'll see a "circle" as part of the graphic. Whenever you see the circle, just press the opposite direction and the special attack again. Basically just parry and then once you've dashed through them, hit the opposite direction and the special attack again. You can keep doing this as long as your timing is good.

That's weird, I swear it said something different when I got it, maybe they changed the description in an update? If they did they did a ridiculously stupid job, it makes no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense now. The description I first saw said to press LT when they are attacking. If you time it right, you'll slash through them and do a ton of damage. Hit LT again at the right time and you'll do it again, repeat until death.

Another of the most critical errors that need addressing is the description of the shimmer stones.
They say "Adds a +3 enchantment to a weapon", but what it really does is add an enchantment up to 3 times.
Something like "Adds an enchantment to a weapon, up to +3" would be better. Except we already have enchantments, so it should actually be "Enhances a weapon's strength, up to +3".

The timing kinda feels off to me as well. There are so many times where I'll use it, but instead of slashing through the enemy I just dont take damage or move.

I just did a double check in the office and it's working fine for me. which type of controller are you using , or a a keyboard?

XB1 V2 controller.
I've had it work, but sometimes I just see the "dodged" text pop up when I attempt it, roughly 3/10 times that I do it.

If it helps, I didnt get that far so I saw the "dodged" text show up when using it on the unarmed guys that drop from the ceiling and the.. idk how to describe them but the other common enemy at that early point with the downward slam.

Just want to chime in to say that this has to be one of the worst skills in the entire game. For how difficult it is to pull it off, the damage simply pales in comparison to just mashing the attack button and dodging. Also, stamina gets used up like CRAZY when using it.

Please balance this better.

Wasted points on it today. It is not a good skill at all. Might as well just dodge or move out of the way.
