The tag is indeed there, but even if there's sexual content I would expect it to be mild enough to not need any censorship. From what I've seen this is not an eroge by any means, seems more like a casual romance VN.

But haven't played it yet, so I might be wrong. Will find out whether I'm right somewhere around this weekend.

You can clearly see girl's pantsu at one of store page's screenshots, so "sexual content" tag should be present for this game. It's just not a hentai game, it's ecchi.
