Recovery account details

Greetings.

My problem is this: I installed Trackmania United after a long time and upgraded to Trackmania United Forever. I do not remember the name and password to login.

But I have an original CD Key and an email to try to recover my username and password.

I have the original game, I own the CD and a CDKey written on the back of the instruction manual.

If I try to create a new account, before confirming, my CD Key appear on window and then tells me he has appeared already registered.

If there was a way to retrieve the data by inserting my own emal address directly or my CD Key, it would be great. But is not there.

thats really stupid as sh........i just upgraded from win7 to 10 & now i'm not able to log in into game or hp....-i also ask for recoverycode but no answer 'til now....great support....i want my money back!!!!!

I just recovered my account via Ubisoft support, just to write my experience down here: I sent them my CD code (from Steam), what I thought my username and email was (I was wrong but that didn't matter). It took them two weeks for the first response (yes really) and then another month to send me my TM username and email.
