It sounds like you've already performed many of the steps from our connectivity guide[www.ubisoft.com], but please make sure you've double-checked for programs on your network (such as firewalls) that might be blocking the connection.
If that doesn't work, can you send a screenshot across to me of the game window when this error occurs? Here's our guides[www.ubisoft.com] on how to take screenshots. I'll be able to use such a screenshot to investigate this further. Thanks!
